Before you arrive.
You never get a second chance to make a first impression. People start forming
their impression of you of you imediately , looking at the outside and making
assumptions about the inside. It is your responsability to ensure that you send out
the right message about who you are, through your physical appearance, your
cloths and your body language

good first impression. It can also set the tone for the entire interview. Small talk
gives you and the interviewer a chance to get to know each other a bit. It can ease
tension or anxiety you may be feeling.

because it is a skill that is great to hone for day-to-day work and life—regardless of
