The Unified Science Center At Stockton For My Project
I decided to choose the Unified Science Center at Stockton for my project because it is easily
accessible to me, it is fairly new and as a business major student, I found the building to be very
impressive. We business majors don t have a place to hang out or a quiet place to talk to people in our
major. I normally just see people in the library or in the hallway and if we have to do schoolwork we
just go to a computer lab. However, the Science and Math majors have a building full of labs and
classrooms. In my opinion I felt like Stockton was trying to one up the Arts building with another new

for the Art majors to get creative for their assignments and while these students are surrounded by

research about Car2go, which is a unique model using components of car rental and car sharing. It
creates enhanced flexible transportation possibilities for a comparable low price in Ulm in Aachen and

Equity ratio debt ratio
Equity ratio and debt ratio are both designing for capital structure and they are negatively related with
each other. The cost of equity is higher than the cost of debt, but shareholders will not require
companies to repay them dividends and principals any time. However, companies must pay the debt
holders interests and principals each year. And increasing leverage ratio will result in increasing the
return to shareholders, yet at the same time, it will increase the repayment commitments and then raise
the risk to company and shareholders.
CML s equity ratio increased to 0.4 and correspondingly debt ratio decreased to 0.15 from 2001 to
2005. Generally it is a good trend, even though there has been a decrease in equity ratio in 2005 from
0.45 to 0.40 and an increase in debt ratio from 2004 to 2005, it may be due to the acquisition from US
group KKR. However, in 2005, equity is almost three times debt, which means the capital structure is
still in good condition.
On the other hand, WOW experienced a different trend that its equity ratio has decreased from 0.30 to

In his book, Charles Tilly seeks to determine the circumstances surrounding revolutions within Europe
over a 500 year period. Tilly begins by defining revolution and then presents his hypothesis that
revolutions stem from the state s actions. According to the author, a revolution consists of two parts,
each broken into smaller parts of their own: a revolutionary situation and a revolutionary outcome.
A revolutionary situation will consist of three qualifiers. First, a group, or coalition of groups, puts
forward a claim to control of the state. The group coming forward must have a claim that cannot
coexist with the current regime. This qualifier rules out issues between groups such as political parties
that are able to coexist with each other under a basic framework for government. Second, a substantial
amount of citizens must give the group support. If a group steps forward without support from the
citizens then the power for that group to enact change is handicapped. Third, the rulers must be either
unable or unwilling to silence the group. The rulers usually face this situation when their military
power has weakened or been spread too thin, giving this definition of revolution a realist edge.

Quindlen brings forth points pertaining to how having a home is everything (193). Homeless people

reader empathize with him and blacks in general and makes the reader see his perspective. Staples

The easiest way to reach all consumers at large would to host media campaigns through commercials,
television, news articles, and anything else along those lines. It is vital that consumers learn because
around 73% of consumers think that they waste less than the average person, however, there is still

The lifetime of a nuclear power plant is planned to be 40 years. Recently there are trails to raise this
life in new constructions as well as the old ones to 60 years (1 4). During this prolonged lifetime
components are exposed to degradation that may affect safe operation of the plant. Such influences
affect pressure retaining items of the plant including reactor pressure vessel, reactor piping, bolting
and threaded fasteners, steam generator materials and several other items (5). The Reactor Pressure
Vessel (RPV) is the most critical component in the LWR pressure boundary. It is the only component
in this boundary whose failure is considered to be of such low probability that it is considered
essentially incredible. NRC regulations require that RPV steels maintain conservative margin for
fracture toughness so that flaws do not threaten the integrity of a RPV during either normal operation
and maintenance cycles or under accident transients such as Pressurized Thermal Shock (PTS) (6).
The major technical issues regarding aging of RPV include: high fluences, for long times that may
lead to high emrittlement creating large uncertainties for emrittlement predictions (7). Increasing
nickel content in the RPV steel, all other factors being equal, causes increasing emrittlement (7). The
degradation mechanisms that may affect RPV include Irradiation embrittlement, Thermal ageing,
