history, personal experiences)

comparison) with the costs
4. Accommodation types (backpacker, hotel, motel, guest house) for each attraction, town,
city, or country visited with the costs
5. How to get around inbound? (Bus, train, motor bike, plane)
6. Entry requirement and customs, safety issues, travel tips, Do’s and Don’ts, what to do in
an emergency case.
7. Overall Budget (transportation, meal, accommodation, visa, pocket money, etc.) and
how will you earn the amount?
INSTRUCTION:
Students are to plan a trip to any Southeast Asian countries for your vacation. The trip you planed
should be practical and of your own interests. You may choose to visit at least two countries or more
depending on your budget and timeframe. Approximately an hour every two weeks will be given for
your research period, counseling session and presenting your current stage on the project. Your plan
should cover all of the following points:
Each week (most likely to be a Friday), you will be given time to do research on
information on one of the points. An oral report on your findings will be presented to Kru
Tuke at the end of the research session. Journal on your progress must be kept and sent to
Kru Tuke on Monday of the following week (or as stated in the class) for assessment.
Students will be given a presentation with the use of PowerPoint/ Keynote/ Preszi/ or
Google Presentaion on their final completed trip plan.
Assessments:
1. Journal on working progress every week (60%)
