 FACT: Students should be physically active for
30 minutes every day.
 PDHPE approaches physical activity in a
motivating way as it is based around fun and
inclusion.
 Students learn new skills and practice these
skills in a social context with their friends.

 PDHPE uses decision making and
responsibility to teach safe practices
(water/road/cyber safety).
 This is extremely valuable so students can
understand the importance of
protection.
