1. Why do you want to be part of the National Level of AIESEC Greece in the
term 14-15, and why have you applied for the position of MC Manager?
2. According to your understanding, what is Greece & AIESEC Greece calling
the Generation 14-15 of AIESEC Greece for? What is our role as Generation?
3. Rank the one area where you had the most experience and mention your top
achievements supported by numeric results, in your AIESEC experience.
4. What do you consider is the role of the MC Managers in the National Plan
14-15? What do you consider as being your role in order to achieve the
targets set? Please refer also specifically to the role for which you are

National Magazine Sales Manager:
1. Suppose you are in a meeting with the HR Director of Unilever company.
How would you describe AIESEC briefly and efficiently? What would be
your main selling points according to the reality and field of the
company? Refer also what kind of preparation you would do before the
meeting.
2. Create a proposal for a potential partnership with HP Company for
National Magazine product. Include the benefits for the two sides, set
pricing and mention the whole sales process (pre-selling, delivery, follow-
up) you would follow so as to establish a strong and sustainable
partnership.

believe are needed for Explore to upscale its quality and offer strong
leadership experiences?
2. How do you believe Explore National Events can contribute in the
Exposure of the product? Please provide us with ideas for the agenda of the
events
ICX GCDPProduct Manager:
1. Imagine you are in a meeting with the Responsible of Samsung. How would
you describe AIESEC briefly and efficiently? What would be your main
selling points in order to sell them Young Power as CSR activity for their
company?
2. Propose and analyze a way that would provide us funds/grants for the
National Project “NGO4Change” (Covering TN Fees, Accommodation,).
Create a Project Plan including Milestones and Actions contributing to
achieve these Milestones (The duration of the Internship lasts 2 months for
the interns)
3. Propose and analyze a possible collaboration with the Ministry of
Education. Please state on what issues we can collaborate, make a SWOT
analysis of Young Power and possible ways of improving it.

the same time the satisfaction of the interns?
