CREATING A HABIT
OF REFLECTION THE SITUATION Work is demanding. In response, we work harder & longer. THE SOLUTION Take time to pause & reflect on your work. Brainstorm ways to approach challenges. This simple practice improves performance by >20% over time. THE GOAL Create a habit of reflection, individually & on your teams. Replace 5 minutes of work time with 5 minutes of reflection, daily. Track your progress. THE PROBLEM Working harder & longer may get the job done, but it is not the most effective. It causes burnout & fails to produce optimum performance.
