• Women empowerment refers to increasing
the spiritual,political,social,educational
or economic strength of individuals and
communities of women.
• It is basically giving power to women in
space of society where they did’nt have it.

in India.
• A recent survey revealed that the median wage for women in
India was 27% lower than what men make.
