Adele is a hard-working, caring and dedicated learning
development professional who is delivery focussed and
always willing to go the extra mile in order for the
project to be successful

Adele interacted pleasantly and constructively with
people at all levels within the organisation. This included
senior management, consultants and all other
organisational levels

The Old Mutual Target Operating Model project had a
large and very diverse team; all of Adele’s interactions
with team members were professional and friendly

decision making and problem solving?
Adele is participative and a team player; her decision
making and problem solving are both logical. She will
always try to find the best solution for all parties using a
collaborative approach

pressure and provide an example
The creation of training material was hampered by senior
management not always being available to review
material and to give input into the final requirements.
This created time pressures and put a lot of the onus of
decision making on Adele’s shoulders.
In all respects Adele performed very well under this
pressure.
