Conviction is increasing that Agile projects lead to better results.! ! Increasing effects on risk reduction, efficiency and productivity.! ! The success of Agile projects depends less on lack of Agile knowledge, but more on conflicting traditional culture and lack of management commitment! ! The expansion of Agile is less limited to integration problems with traditional methods, like PRINCE2 and RUP, but more often to insufficient predictability.! 23 October 2013! 17!

Zij vormen de kern van het productontwikkelproces. Het is daarom interessant om te onderzoeken wat de invoering van een Agile werkwijze brengt binnen teams.! !  ! ! De invoer van Agile heeft binnen de teams impact op zowel communicatie, vakmanschap als cultuur. Het belangrijkste effect is dat teamleden beter met elkaar communiceren (71%). Hierdoor ontstaat meer inzicht in voortgang, blokkades en resultaten (55%) en leren teamleden meer van elkaar (54%). Het leidt ook tot een grotere betrokkenheid (52%) en gezamenlijke verantwoordelijkheid (48%) binnen de teams en betere communicatie met stakeholders (49%).! !  ! ! Bijna drie kwart (73%) van de respondenten zegt dat teams binnen hun organisatie beter werken als collectief na de invoer van Agile.! 23 October 2013! 19!
