Activity Instructions We have 3 scenarios which calls for increase in awareness and steps of implementation We will form groups and you will have 10 min to brainstorm around the topic and come up with ideas Nominate one person from each group to come forward and playback the ideas of execution you have come up with through a conversation.

Group 2 As a leader,how to create inclusive environment for PWD at team and organization level Group 3 As a leader ,how to have inclusive environment for someone with language barrier at a team level
