THE FAMILY BUSINESS IN 1956
ABBAS MOZAFARIAN
• In 1956 Mr. Abbas Mozafarian took over the
important task of design, manufacture and marketing
from his father.
• His talent and creativity coupled with his fierce
ambition let to working for renowned jewelers in Iran.
• By his early twenties he moved to Europe. After
periods in Switzerland, Italy and other countries,
including the UK, working the royal jewelers such as
Garrards, Asprey, Mapin & Webb and other top class
jewellers.
• 1970 onwards he started his own business, first in New
York, but eventually settling down with his family in
London. His first showroom there was in Bond Street.
