2. Initial Reaction
I was quite excited to start my FMP as it’s the first project that I'm truly free
to choose what I want to make. I’ve been thinking about what I want to make
for my FMP that shows off as many of the skills I’ve learnt over year. I’m quite
excited to start research and production as we’ve got a lot longer to complete
this project than the past. I intent to make this my most detailed and highest
quality work I’ve done all year. I’ll be spending a lot of the time I've been
given on production however a lot of time will also go into the other
PowerPoints such as planning and research. I intend to make them as detailed
as possible to get a better grade and continue onto year 2.

Is there any repetition in the images you have collected?
Repeated colours/images styles/fonts/tone/mood.
• In my mood board you can see a repetition of the types of images, from front
covers to websites. We see a repetition in the layout of the websites and how
they’re structured. They all happen to have their company logos in the top left
with the published titles in the top middle of the page. All the colours on my
mood board link to the game they’re featuring. For example the first images
colours in the mood boards link to the game ‘Mighty No.9’.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
• I shall be using the mood board to influence my final product by using the front
covers to inspire my final product and the websites for to inspire my website.
