2. AnswerGarden is a wonderful tool for
reflection, getting feedback, brainstorm
or creating a very short online tool
Many different people use
AnsewerGarden, eg. site admins,
bloggers, teachers, creative team
members…
It’s really simple and quick to use and
can be used in the classroom or
embedded into webpages, blogs or
online courses.

3. You can find it on web address
answergarden.ch
You can download the
application to your smart
phone, androdid or iPhone

4. AnswerGarden poll responses are
limited to either 20 or 40
characters, so be sure that the type
of a question you use doesn’t
require a long complex answer
AnswerGarden works best
when only a single word
answer is required.
To create your own poll, you
don’t need to register.

5. To create an AnswerGarden poll
just go to answergarden.ch and
click on the + sign at the top.

6. Then you can either type in
a topic to brainstorm or a
question.

7. You can improve your poll and add
some security to it if you wish.
There are numerous
modes you can choose
for your poll.

8. You can set the poll to be
moderated so that words
only appear once you
approve them.
You can add a password
for the poll and add your
email address to get an
admin link for the poll.
You can lock the poll
so that nobody can
add to it, but this
would usually be done
once the poll is
complete.

9. Once you have added your topic
or question you can just click
enter and your poll will be ready.
Then just share the URL with the
recipients.

10. Once the poll has been launched there are
a number of other nice features including
an automatically generated QR code to
make the poll easy to access for students
on mobile phones.

11. You can also share the poll quite
easily through Facebook, Twitter,
My space, Tumblr, slanders.com,
word press...
In fact it is possible to
share wherever you
want

12. If the same answer is repeated
several times, that response will
appear bigger than others.

13. The question asked is also limited
by the number of letters, as well
as answers because the program
is not intended for discussion but
for simple answers
