Many pets get distressed during a stay in Kennels / Catteries. The strange environment, change to
normal routines, smells and other pets in close proximity can cause them stress and fear.
If you are lucky enough to have friends or family watch your pet, is it convenient for them? Can they
follow your pets daily routine? Are they available when you need them?
If you use a home boarder who watches dogs in their home - is your pet safe there? Will the boarder be
watching someone else's dogs, do they have their own pets in the home already? Are they insured, ID

We asked Pet Parents, and this is what they told us
They wanted the choice of trustworthy Drop in, Feeding, Walking, Companionship and Overnight Care. Pets
would stay in their own home being looked after 1:1, in their own environment following familiar routines.
They wanted to make sure anyone visiting their home and taking care of their pet had been ID Verified - "they
were who they said they were". We teamed up with YOTI to provide ethical world leading ID verification

Meet our Pets
As Pet Parents Angela and Shamus always questioned when they needed to be away from home "who is going to feed and
look after the pets?" Whether it was a long work day, overnight trip or even before booking a holiday it always had to be solved
before anything else.
After trying out some options from other online sites, they found that it really was the Wild West out there and they knew they
could do better. They've experienced Wolfie being kept in a Van all day while the dog walkers van was in the garage, to Willow
spending a week in a dominant dogs home, stressed and scared. They vowed never again, and set out on a quest to provide pet
owners with exactly the calibre of pet care experience our pets deserve and you expect.
