 MOSFET stands for metal-oxide-
semiconductor field-effect
transistor.

5. WORKING PRINCIPLE OF MOSFET
 Applying a voltage to the gate creates an electric
field that attracts or repels charge carriers
(electrons or holes) in the channel, altering its
conductivity.
