About our Expert
Dave started his career at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts as an
HR (Employment and Employee Relations) Manager in
Newport Beach, CA in 1998. During his tenure he was also
selected to join their Hyatt University Program as their
Regional Training Manager for Southern California. In April
of 2002 he was promoted to the Assistant HR Director for
the Hyatt Grand Champions Resort and Spa in Palm Desert
for their renovations and re-openings.
During his HR Career he has been a chair member for the
San Diego Hospitality Human Resources Association from
2005 thru 2008. He has orchestrated and managed over
sixteen hotel, restaurant, music hall, membership club and
retail store openings.
