This Training Document shows step by step procedure to
create Xstep repository to post Process Order Confirmation
via X-Step/PI sheet.

Xstep for Confirmation created successfully:

We can also implement Digital Signature, so that we know who has done Posting from PI sheet

We can modify input and output fields in Tabular view also:

Testing of XStep:
Create Process Order
Assign Xstep to Process Order Manually. (For automatic assignment, assign your Xstep to Master Recipe)

Save the Process Order
Release Process Order

Generate Control Recipe
Go to Transaction CO60, Enter Plant and Process Order Number:

Input data in PI sheet and complete the PI sheet by doing Digital Signature
You can see, Confirmation was posted successfully.

Process Order Status has been changed and Phase confirmation posted successfully.
