2. Step by Step Procedure
• Main menu --- Customize --- Toolbar --- Editor toolbar.
• Editor Toolbar --- Select START Editing.
• Select required Shapefile to edit.
• Editor toolbar --- Task --- Create New Feature.
• Editor toolbar --- Target --- required Shapefile.
• Select ‘Icon of Pencil’ for digitizing.
• Place the cursor on the map where to start digitizing (see cross-hair cursor) and
click on it, till all is done.
• After that: Editor toolbar --- Stop Editing --- Start Editing.
