Dear teachers,
The Center for Human Research and Development Foundation Inc. is pleased to invite you to Leaders of
Learning: School Supervision & Leadership in the New Normal (24 hours training) on February 24-26,
2023 via Zoom App and Google Classroom (This is fully online). This a combination of DepEd National
Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) recognized program/ courses and accredited PRC’s
Continuing Professional Development program. This is a gathering of basic education unit teachers
(elementary, high school both junior and senior) from public (DepEd and SUCs) and private schools in the
Philippines which aims to enhance their knowledge, skills and attitudes towards school leadership and
management.
The following will be the program of activities:
Day 1 (Friday) AM- Opening program, Orientation, Perspective Settings, Pre-Assessment
Session 1: Bridging the Gap between Instructional Leadership and School
Leadership
PM- Session 2: Leading Schools Strategically in the time of Crisis
Day 2 (Saturday) AM- Session 3: Social Emotional Learning for School Leaders
PM- Session 4: Improving Learning through Professional Learning Communities
Day 3 (Sunday) AM- Session 5: Solving Distance Education Challenges through Action Research
PM- Session 6: Creating a Data-Driven School Improvement Plan
Post-Assessment, Evaluation and Closing program
In case you cannot join some parts of the program due to work related and personal reasons, all sessions
will be recorded and will be made available for limited time only.
