Growth in business and need for diversification
generates a requirement to streamline “house
keeping”
House keeping constitutes mostly workflows that
enable smooth operation and accountability without
interfering with peoples core duties;
Stores requisitions
Purchase requisitions
Cash vouchers
Cheque vouchers
Asset movement
Asset relocation
Leave requests
Equipment logs
Incident logs
Access authorization
Etc.

3. Motivation
With all these processes and more being a necessary
means to achieve business objectives, they can be a
cause of frustration in a large organization especially
with a wide geographical spread if they are not
structured right.
They also rely on physical availability of concerned
parties.
Archiving and therefore reference of historical
information a nightmare-causing loopholes in
ensuring compliance.
Bulky storage required.
Time consuming.
Control and fraud detection is hampered because its
easy to forge signatures and authorization.

Allow people concentrate their time and energies
