2. Our internal development program
started in 2015 with 60 senior
professionals from all over Europe
participating in Academies for
Manufacturing, Supply Chain and
Sourcing

3. In 2016, we are expecting more
than 140 participants. We will also
open a new R&D and Quality
Academy, with more to follow

4. The program’s goal is to develop our technical
leaders’ general management competencies
and align them with CFG’s overall business
objectives.

5. We work with external and internal experts to
deliver the program based on our business
model with a wide array of online tools and
interactive communities

6. Our online and experimental
training is based on a diverse
range of resources such as online
training, blended learning,
business games, videos or face to
face sessions

7. The program is helping us drive innovation and
develop business acumen, leadership and change
management capabilities
