2. Classroom Mission
 To enlighten students in a safe and encouraging
learning environment while getting them ready for the
next grade level.

3. Absentism
 Be here or get behind
 Make up work will be offered with a 5 pt deduction for
each week it is late.
 Must present a valid doctor excuse or reason for
absentee.

4. Grading
 Grades will follow 10pt scale of : 100 – 90 A, 89 -80 B,
79-70 C, 69-60 D, and 59 – 0 F.
 Students are responsible for ensuring all assignment
including homework are turned in before the end of
the week to avoid additional deduction in points
earned for a grade.
 Students are encourage to put there best foot forward.
Extra credit available.

5. Homework/Extra Credit
 Students can earn additional points on assignments.
 Discussion questions in Science and Math that show
effort will received additional points. (.5-5 actual
points)
 Students who show their work or provide explanation
for their answers will receive additional points.

6. Behavior Guidelines
 Students will behave respectfully to teacher and
students as well as all officials in the facility.
 Students who do not behave will have recess time
reduced or eliminated.
 Continuing misbehavior will result in disciplinary
action. Office will be alerted as well as the student’s
parents.
