have been artifacts found in
the Dongson culture
including the “Moon of Bali”,
the largest of the “rain
drums”, and the most famous
bronze in Indonesia.
The culture of the Indonesian
islands was strongly
influenced by India

Woods used in carving include
ebony, teak, mahogany,
ironwood, sandalwood and other
lesser known indigenous woods.
