Creating A Google Account
1. Go to http://gmail.com/
2. Click create an account (below the sign in box)
3. Provide your name, type your desired gmail
address, and provide a password that you will
remember
4. Fill out the rest of the form. Ensure to give your
mobile number (the mobile device should be
with you) and another email address that you
currently have access to.

Creating a Trello Account
1. Go to https://trello.com/
2. Click Signup
3. In the Create an Account section provide
your name, Gmail address, and a password
that you will remember
4. Go to your gmail address to confirm your
account

Creating a new group in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the cross on the top right hand corner
3. Click New Organization
4. Provide a Name and Description of your
group
5. Click the Members tab
6. Click the Add Members tab
7. Type the Gmail addresses of your team
members

Creating a new project in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the cross on the top right hand corner
3. Click New Board
4. Provide a Title for your project and assign it
to an organization you created

Creating Milestones in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the board you want to add the
Milestones
3. Click “Add A Card” in the To Do list
4. Create cards for each of your Milestones

Editing Milestones in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the board you want to edit the
Milestones
3. Hover your mouse over your Milestone
4. Click the triangle and circle that appears
5. Edit where necessary

Adding Tasks to your Milestones in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the board you want to edit the
Milestone
3. Click the Milestone
4. Click the Checklist button
5. Type each task
6. You may mention a member or add an
emoji in a task by clicking the triangle in the
circle while creating a new task

Moving a Milestone in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the board you want to move the
Milestone
3. Hover over the Milestone
4. Click the triangle inside a circle
5. Click Move
6. Select the list you would like to move the
Milestone to

Creating a List in Trello
1. Sign into Trello
2. Click the board you want to add a list
3. Click Add a List to the right of your current
lists

Creating an Anymeeting Account
1. Go to http://anymeeting.com/
2. Click the Signup Button
3. Provide your name, Gmail address, and a
password you will remember
4. Go to your Gmail address to verify your
account

Scheduling an Anymeeting
1. Sign in to Anymeeting
2. Click the Schedule a Meeting button
3. Give the meeting an appropriate name
4. Set the time, date, and length of the meeting
(Jamaican Timezone: GMT-5)
5. Set if the meeting is recurring
6. Provide email addresses for attendees and
presenters
7. Provide information as requested

Starting a Google Hangout
1. Log into your Gmail account
2. In the address bar type plus.google.com
3. Press enter
4. Click the Hangouts button
5. Click Start a Video Hangout (at lower right hand
corner of the screen)
6. Write a message and add invitees
7. Hover over your video to activate screens:
IM, Screenshare, Drive, YouTube, invite more
persons, microphone settings, video settings, and
to end the meeting.

Let me define two things before we begin:
1. Google Doc refers to the entire suite:
Document, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Dra
wing, and Form
2. Google Document refers to the Word
equivalent in the suite

Creating a new Google Doc
1. Log into your Gmail account
2. In the address bar type drive.google.com
3. Click the Create button
4. Select the type of doc you would like to
create
5. When you are in the doc, click Untitled
Document to rename it
6. Use the doc as though it was the equivalent
Microsoft suite

Sharing a Google Doc
1. Log into your Gmail account
2. In the address bar type drive.google.com
3. Click the doc that you would like to share
4. Click the share button
5. Invite persons with a Google account and
give them the appropriate permissions
6. Or use the link provided and select the
appropriate way to share your link
7. Type your message
8. Click the share button
