Michael William Krzyzewski was born on February 13, 1947.
He grew up in poor polish working-class family and krzyzewski was proud of his roots.
He was great basketball player at Weber High School.
Coach K was most definitely a transformational leader.
Bob Knight offered him an appointment to the United States Military
Academy.
In 1969, he attained the rank of captain.
