3. The salient
features of this
course?
In addition to the training hours we are offering:
• (10-20 hours of) personal 1-on-1 coaching
sessions to all participants to help each one of
them individually to overcome their
challenges.
• An active WhatsApp group where participants
will find a lot of support from the trainers and
other participants.
• Carefully designed relevant self-reflection
exercises for the participants' in-between
sessions.

4. How will the course benefit me?
The participants will be able to powerfully access coaching skills
due to the ontological frameworks, tools and structures that drive
the journey.
The participants will be more on a transformational journey rather
than an informational journey due to the nature of an ontological
inquiry.
With all the additional value-add provided in this course, the
participants will experience increased self-esteem, power and
self-expression.

5. How do I know this course is suitable for me?
The requirements of the
participants from this course
are:
A willingness to deeply explore
their own selves through the
journey.
To be open-minded in their
approach about the
transformational conversations
that course is designed around.
Have a serious intention of
acquiring the credentials by the
end of the course. That would
entail 03 hours of training and
05-06 hours of reflection and
practice per week.

6. What is Ontology?
•The study of the ‘Nature of Being’.
•The study of existence of anything in general.
•It uses the approach of studying a phenomena purely based
on observation and reflection.
•The learning is not based out of already existing knowledge
or information around the subject or topic in question.

would I
learn other
than
Ontology?
Other psychological theories that support the coaching
foundation to meet ICF & EMCC standards of coaching.
A few session on the use of NLP in coaching.
An introduction to systemic coaching concepts.
Concepts and application of some of theories around
neuroplasticity.
Self-Coaching techniques to keep oneself always
empowered.
