Quartiles
Inchcape 75th Percentile The score above which 25% of all Inchcape workgroups scored in 2014
The quartile rankings shown on this scorecard are compared with other teams from
Inchcape’s internal database 2014. The scores of all workgroups are analysed and
divided up into quartile groupings, based on their performance (1, 2, 3, and 4). For
example, if your quartile score is 4 , your score is higher than 75% of all other scores
within Inchcape 2014.
Confidentiality As in all previous years, your individual responses will be handled and held directly by
Gallup. Under no circumstances will they ever be revealed to anyone at Inchcape. To
protect your confidentiality, Gallup will only generate reports for teams with a minimum
of four members responding. In the event that fewer than four members of a team
respond, no team report will be generated. Your response is completely confidential.

Specific Items
Whilst the Q¹² remain the same, we can change the additional questions we ask to
reinforce our business priorities. For this year, we continue to ask some questions at
the end of the survey with the aim of capturing your views on our Incredible Inchcape
journey.

lowest possible average and "5" being the highest average. "Does Not Apply" or "Don't
Know" responses are not scored. Your workgroup is compared to other parts of your
