Assessed Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Manuals IAW MIL-HDBK-1221.
Reviewed and generated documentation for the approval of the support equipment requirements.
Monitor initial spares provided to engineering for testing,ensure completion for turnover.
Guide the team in developing training documentation for Contract Data Requirements List
(CDRL) deliverables IAW Data Item Description (DID) DI-ILSS-81526, Instructional Media
Package and MIL-PRF-29612B, Training Data Products.
Provide support at Closeout Activities for each project.

reviewed sparing concepts and then transitioned them to my teammates when I took over as the

EXPERIENCE: INSTRUMENT PROCESSING MANAGER, (1/2001 to 8/2005), Boeing
Satellite Development Center, El Segundo,Ca. 90245
Managed the day-to-day Logistic activities of NASA’s Geostationary Operational Environmental
Satellite (GOES) Government Furnished Flight Hardware totaling $250 Million.
Managed the Receipt, Sensitive Storage facility upgrade with specific purge requirements for
instrument payloads,Integration of payloads onto Satellite and Instrument testing of the Imager,
Sounder, and Solar X-Ray Imager for Boeing and the Government.
Evaluated the Government Furnished Interface Control Documents (ICDs) providing changes for
the Imager, Sounder, Solar X-Ray System, and 7 Sensitive Environmental Instruments.
Generated and reviewed planning documents for the Imager and Sounder, Solar X-Ray System,
test procedures,special program procedures for the instruments monitoring the quality and
configuration.
Couriered 21sensitive environmental instruments to vendorin Boston for repair and return (no
spares).
Participated in the quality inspection of the sensitive environmental instruments with Black
Light/White Light, revision of planning documents and history records, review and revision of
shipping procedures,photography of unit upon receipt and coordinated the full shipment for return
to Boeing to include re-inspection at the Boeing facility.
Collected weekly quality metrics, challenged team mates to mitigate or reduce risks to the project,
and provided weekly updates for quality management Deficiency Reports (DR's).
Generated ROM’s, BOE’s and Proposal data for new NASA Program (GOES-R).
Updated an Integrated Logistics Support Plan (ILSP) for an Air Force Project (CMSS) IAW MIL-
HDBK-502.
Completed Closeout Transition Activities for the Ku-Band Subsystemfor the Shuttle Radar
Project, providing Training Packages to the Boeing employees at the Cape in Florida.
