 Understand the purpose of your/their being there
(why).
 Learn about the local and time (where and when).
 Decide the technique of presentation (how).
 Organize the content and prepare an outline
(what).

5.  Practice the presentation the way it is to be
delivered.
 Record your presentation.
 Make necessary changes in the script, tone
and body language.
 Foresee the probable problems and possible
solutions.

6.  Face more your audience not the slides.
 Maintain eye contact consistently and calmly.
 Utilize the place available to you. Do not stand at one
place.
 Use appropriate gestures.
 Have your voice loud enough and speech low enough
with necessary pauses.
 Involve audience by asking yes-no type of questions.

7.  Invite the audience to ask questions.
 Repeat the question by reframing it.
 Try to give new examples to clear the doubts.
 Do not bluff if you do not know the answer.
 After answering the question, verify if the query
is solved.
 Ask them to send their queries through mail and
do respond on time.
