rectify the issue to ensure that the number of
delayed deliveries to customers is reduced and for
the company to meet its On Time Delivery KPI.

•Solution : Allow input field for reason for delay to be
entered for every order which is delayed
•Impact : Analysis of the reasons for delays which
would aid to reduce the total number of delays
overall.

derive the approximate distance between the
customer and the Plant.
