specialize only in Ohio. The best way to determine the quality of
management, staff and the overall facility's ability and willingness to
provide the Care, Service, and Peace of Mind you are looking for is to find
out the facility's occupancy rates or "CENSUS”.
It is on those visits that the facility and its people are measured by its
customers and those results end up in either a "Yes" this is a good place
for mom and results in increased occupancy, or "No", it isn't go to the next
provider.
