 The children of today find very hard to
sit back and study for long hours.
The concentration aptitude of the
children often disturbed by various others
factors that make them less interest for
study the subjects.
They need to be taught a scheme that
makes them sit comfortably and study.
 I feel these few tips would be of great
help in making the young children study
more effectively.
Try to follow same method of studying
for few days and you will become more
comfortable to continue rest of the years
and you will get used the pattern of
style that suits you.
 You will find great improvement in your
studies.
 To make a effective study without
much stain your sitting posture play a
important role.
 Always keep sitting erect and keep
your book at the readable distance.
That makes you comfortable enough
to read without any distraction.

2. Prepare your mind
 Our mind is the one that directs and
gives all the command that needed for all
parts of the body.
One needs to mentally prepare and
activate the brain to understand what you
are going to study.
 Take little time before and tell your mind
what would be your subject that you want
to learn. Active both left and right brain.
3.Take deep breathing
 Taking up deep breathing will make
you relaxed.
 Sit silently for few seconds and
concentrate on your breathing.
Take deep breathing for 10 to 20
times and you will feel fresh enough
and your mind will be relaxed for
study better.
4. Set a Goal
 For anything to be achieved you must set
a goal.
Fix your mind so that you remain strong till
you complete your task.
 Learn to visualize the topic you want to
study.
5.Drink enough Water
 Every time when you do any activity
both physically and mentally your body
becomes tired, in order to keep you
brisk you must often sip water.
 So have a bottle of water while you
study drink enough water.
6. Scan through the topic
 Another very important exercise you
must get familiarize with is that have a
deep look of a topic that you want to
study.
 Simple look at the topic for few
minutes and get the idea of the topic
and start your study.
 Sit in your study place clam and be
silent.
 Concentrate for about 2 to 3 min,
about the topic that you want to study
and then start your study.
7.Take little time
8. Have a writing pad
 It is very important you should have
a scribbling pad.
 Have rough note books with you,
while you study take not of all the
important points and keywords by
doing this you will be able to
remember what you study.
 You can have this pad and refer back
when you need too.
9. Take a break
 Never sit and study for long hours.
Take a break up to ten minutes after
each hour.
So that you become refreshed
enough to study.
10. Recall what you have studied
 After the break when you sit for next
hour, don’t forget to recall what you
have done in the previous hour.
 So that you have a continuity of the
topic and then do the new topic

 If you are sitting for long hours
give one hour of break for every
three hours.
 Take enough water while you
study
You can have little snacks
Listen to soft music
12. No Television
 Never keep Television in your study
room.
 It will distract you.
 Never listen to music while you
study.
Never keep the mobile phone
Never video games etc..
13. Never strain
 While you study never strain too much
on a topic.
 if you are not able understand study two
or three times.
Get guidance from your teacher latter
14. Get some fresh air
 Keep the windows open.
You can get the fresh air that
would keep you fresh.
 At times if you have garden
you can study there too.

 Keep all the books; pen,
paper, rest all you need.
 Start your hour of study
with all that you need, so

your study place.
