IV. Thou shall make your writing interesting.
V. Thou shall put the most important information
at the beginning of your document.
VI. Thou shall keep your writing as short as
possible because readers will be bored by
excessive words or excessive length.
VII. Thou shall not use complex words especially
when simple words are sufficient.
VIII. Thou shall include only significant information
which contribute to your main purpose.
IX. Thou shall make your writing free from any
error in grammar, punctuation and spelling.
X. Thou shall not assume that your readers
know more than they do.
