Gigya’s dynamic schema Identity Repository is built to handle the
massive variety and scale of incoming customer data. Gigya manages
and consolidates all structured and unstructured permission-based
profile and behavioral data, creating a single view of customers across
channels and devices accessible via console reporting tools or directly
through the API. Full indexing enables broader queries, and your
customer data is normalized and always retrievable.
None of the Hassle
All of this is implemented with a single API for traditional registration
and authentication, as well as social login that supports more than
25 social networks and third-party identity providers. Gigya enables
sharing to any implemented social networks, as well as on-site
commenting, rating and reacting, while collecting rich, first-party
profile data. Beyond this, social actions can be tracked on sites
leveraging our platform. Gigya handles all API updates while helping
you meet requirements for ever-changing global data protection and

Identity Sync, the identity synchronization service behind many of our IDX integrations, also features a
dynamic and flexible scripting capability that lets you build and modify your application network quickly, even
when connecting technologies without pre-built integrations. Leverage developer-friendly API connectivity to
move customer data across applications, services, central data warehouses or other systems; all connected
through a single, unified platform with minimum implementation and maintenance effort.

Cloud Performance — Grounded Security.
Gigya’s proven, reliable performance within large-scale enterprise environments is backed up with our
ISO27001-certified standards for application security, data encryption, and transactional authentication, and
ISO27018:2014-certified privacy practices. Our advanced infrastructure includes data centers in the U.S., EU,
Australia and Russia — with a Chinese facility coming online in 2017 — and ensures continuous service and
full disaster recovery. Additionally, Gigya maintains terms of service and data compliance with more than 25
social identity providers, helping our clients adhere to regulatory standards such as the EU General Data
Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), Privacy Shield, WCAG and COPPA.
Safe At Rest
Gigya continually employs industry-standard protocols in every step of development and administration to
ensure security for your data. PII and other sensitive information is automatically encrypted and passwords
are hashed. Multi-factor and risk-based authentication with support for biometrics enables secure and
convenient access for end users. On the back end, a robust system of roles and permissions gives site
administrators granular control over user access to Gigya’s console.
Safe In Motion
Data travels to and from Gigya servers via a secure channel. Critical operation REST API calls — such as
delete_user — must be signed and made server-to-server only.

Gigya also employs proprietary Network Effects security, including our Network Protected Identity (NPI)
feature, which allows us to monitor and analyze the 1.1 billion identities managed by our platform and deliver
elevated security measures when account irregularities are detected.
