3. It All Began Like This
The first human species to live on Earth was the Homo
Habilis. He appeared approximately 2.8 million years ago
and disappeared 1 million years later.
The Homo Habilis was a nomad creature that meant that he
constantly moved to find places to live, once the location
where he lived before wasn't suitable anymore.
The human's forefather lived it small groups, usually in
charge of these groups was the strongest man. The Homo
Habilis slept in caves, on trees, and under rocks, this way
of sleeping permitted them to have a nomadic life. To
communicate between them, these creatures used signs and
sounds similar to words. Since they had to pass through
long and cold winters, the Homo Habilis used animals'
skin to cover themselves.

5. THE DEFINITIVE MAN
As the evolutions of the Homo Habilis, the Homo Erectus and
Sapiens are the closest pre-historic man to the modern one.
The Homo Erectus appeared 1.8 million years ago and
disappeared around 100,000 years ago. It was the first species
to always walk on 2 legs and it was the first species that
managed to use fire.
Then came the Homo Sapiens that started to settle in different
locations and they began to create sedentary villages made of
huts. The Homo Sapiens also started to use agriculture and to
domesticate animals that permitedd them to be sedentary.
Both these species also generated a proper language which they
used to communicate.

7. The Neanderthal Man- A Branch Of The Homo Sapiens
In contemporary with the
Homo Sapiens, in Germany the
Neanderthal Man started its period
of growth. It also occured that the
2 species had some fights.
The Neanderthal man was a little
less intelligent than the Homo
Sapiens, infact he still lived in
caves.

Even if these civilazations have invented the art of writing and from
that moment the HISTORY period started, a part of growth of these
civilizations have been in Pre-History.
Both civilizations formed 4,000 years ago on a river so they both used
agriculture a lot. These civilizations are also very famous for their
inventions and their great constructions. Also their religions are well
known because they were the first proper religions.

10. THE LIVES OF EGYPTIANS AND SUMERS
These two civilizations were formed by people that all cared about
what they looked. The people started to adobe thei body with jewels
and fancy clothes, these clothes were like skirts that on top had a
sort of shirt with complicated decorations on it.
The people also cared about what their house looked, they always
bought new things to make their house look better.
