Investment shows that, from January 1
to September 20, 2020, the foreign
investment in the education and
training sector has reached 78.89
million USD, it was up nearly 58% over
the same period last year. Capital

compared to the previous year.

higher education institutions and nearly
100 preschools and general schools are
