TANF, Food Stamp and Workforce Investment Act rules and regulations. Designed and led
implementation and oversight of a Microenterprise Loan Pilot Project and a “Wheels-to-
Work” program for TANF recipients in several Texas cities.

Department of Education funded study, under the direction of the National Center for

publicly-funded job training systems. Research required complete familiarity with federal
