2. Only enrollment above 96% is not enough, however,
going forward, India will need to focus more on quality.
Our goal should be to guarantee quality education. Once that is
achieved, we can focus on the rest later.
Reasons behind focus on quality:Reasons behind focus on quality:
● It underpins the success of a society.
● The goal of education is to enable children to learn, realize their full
potential, and participate meaningfully in society.
● The benefits and impacts of quality eduction also make invaluable
contribution to all areas of human development, improving the status of
women and helping to alleviate and eventually eradicate poverty.
● Quality education redresses gender and other inequalities: children's
health and nutrition; issues of parental and community involvement; and
management of the education system itself.
Only quality education can develop feeling of strong
NATIONALITY.
3. Quality Education . . . By Any Means Necessary.
● A huge amount of resources
and efforts go in vain because
of low quality and
meaningless education.
● It is not uncommon for
students completing six years
of primary schooling in
village public schools to lack
even rudimentary reading
and writings.
Challenges of Primary EducationChallenges of Primary Education
● Poorly qualified teachers
● Very high student-teacher ratios
● Inadequate teaching materials and out-
moded teaching methods result in a low
quality of education that often imparts
little or no real learning.
● At the other end of the social and
educational spectrum, children
attending urban schools, especially
middle and upper class children in
private schools, are subjected to
extreme competitive pressures from a
very early age to acquire basic language
skills and memorize vast amounts of
information in order to qualify for
admission into the best schools.

proposed innovative solution concept:proposed innovative solution concept:
We need to focus on different areas for raising the quality of primary
education overall. Only change and implementation at a single level will
not help.

● Build institutions that support schools and teachers.
● Good and modern facilities i.e. rooms, proper sitting arrangem-
ents, library, lab, audio and video materials, picto-
rial representation of concepts and their applications in diverse
fields.
● Organize co-curricular activities to access individuals' full
potential.
Inadequate inputs is a major concern, but we are not exploiting the available resources
because of teachers' working ethics and in absence of their professional developmnts.
In the absence of responsibility, passion and good mentality towards work we can't
change the present scenario, which is the biggest challenge.

education but we didnot get desired result, so investment should be done in an organized
way.
● To form a commitee of experts, scholars of different fields to monitor and quality assessment
without any political pressure.

is our first priority to acheive success in all other fields.
● They should start many schools of standard level to ensure quality, because education
provides a huge business market also, if they want to make money.

organized way.
● A totally different environment to ensure maximum welfare of society and the nation.
● To access full potential of youth.
● Education for all.
● There is no doubt in the sustainability of the solution because we do not need anything else
which is not available. Only there is need of implementation and use of available resources
in a slightly different way. This is just an amendment not a totally complete way, hence, we
do not need to change the system, what we need to do is to take this seriously and make
honest efforts by individual, an organization, authority of all the schools and government at
local as well as central level.
THERE IS NO DOUBT IN THE SUSTAINABILITY OF THE SOLUTION.
Sustainability of the SolutionSustainability of the Solution
Appropriate monitoring mechanismsAppropriate monitoring mechanisms
We have already a monitoring mechanism, but the problem is corruption, attitude towards
work, lack of value and ethics, and their working style.
10. Make Monitoring maechanism more powerfulMake Monitoring maechanism more powerful
Main focus is only to make existing monitoring mechanism well functioning. This can
be done by following ways:
● Developing positive attitude towards the work.
● Need to develop the strong feeling of NATIONALITY and make them
understandable that if they don't work in a proper way then this will be the loss of
whole nation.
● Need to develop the feeling of loyalty towards the SYSTEM.
● Making rules and regulations more strict.
● Recruitment of more people for easy fault identification.
● By monitoring at different levels.
This is our duty so we will have to change the mentality otherwise we should ready for
suffering and will result in not acheiving the desired goals.
Challenges and Mitigation FactorsChallenges and Mitigation Factors
● Honest effort, Periodic monitoring and somehow resources as well.
●Less seriousness of capitalist towards this because they can manage standard schools for their
children.
● Implementation of any good thing is too hard in Indian context because it needs a long hour
meaningless debate.
