Most corporates entertain too much “innovation theatre” and struggle to get to the bare bones of what makes ideas
successful. Entrepreneurs simply can’t afford to take that approach. Our roots stem from supporting the silicon valley
Founder Institute (the world’s largest startup launch program) to scientifically select entrepreneurs and rigorously push
them through a mentoring program strongly backed with curriculum. This program launches over 1,000 startups per year
with an 80% survival rate where the portfolio value exceeds $25 Billion - so we’ve learned a few things about making
startup teams successful!
We have a tried and tested approach to implementing corporate entrepreneurship within Fortune 500 organisations. By
focussing on teams of Intrapreneurs with specialised mentors and curriculum, we are able to change mindset and help
create a culture of innovation. Our method goes way beyond traditional consulting and allows you to sustainably scale
