Information
The client The client is Canon, a well-known camera maker and photography brand.
They are well known around the world as they have held many campaigns for
charity and supported many popular events. The name of
the campaign is journey’s, I will decide what type of journey I wish to show the
target audience. The purpose of the campaign is to launch a new campaign which
will emphasize how photography can be used creatively on its own or
in combination with other types of art, design or media.
They require that I work in art, design or media that reflects the campaign and that
the work must clearly include photography to reflect the company. The focus for the
campaign is to make a print design such as a print poster, published media and/or a
series of publicity posters.
Canon is a leading name in imaging and has been for the past eight years. They
are leading in provider of consumer, business to business and industrial digital
imaging solutions. They utilize imaging technologies to go beyond the rich line up of
our existing products to cultivate new series of businesses where their imaging
technology can push beyond boundaries.

Information
Canon has a corporate philosophy, Kyohei, is a Japanese concept that
means living and working together for the common good. It brings
to life their commitment to sustainability, how we work together and our desire to
create an environment for everyone to thrive and grow.
The issues are that I must focus on the values of canon as, my project
with as it reflects the company, and I must show the target audience what type of
company canon is a why they should trust them. I need to show the target audience
that canon is a type of business that is environmentally friendly and show how they
support many different types of business and charities.
Canon has a 4-step plan in order to reduce environmental impact they have.
The first step is Responsible Manufacturing , which where their products meet an
industry standard for manufacturing quality and sustainability in the supply chain.
The Second step Is Logical Logistics, where they reduce their environmental impact
from logistical by supporting goals from an eco friendly supply chain,
