Project Management
The project team will manage team project resources to insure that project goals are being met and will
provide weekly progress reports to the team technical lead in both written form and with regular in‐
person status meetings.
These can be conducted at either site, beginning with a project kick‐off meeting to establish
communication and project scope.
The team will provide a project technical lead that will make themselves available for client for
meetings and project questions. If that person is unavailable, the project manager will be available at
any time the technical lead is not.
The team will also include individuals with marketing expertise who will attend meetings and participate
in presentations as necessary or requested by the client.
Any issues related to the engagement, personnel, billing or project scope may also be referred to the
project manager or the company's Office Manager.

The project manager will insure that the project team is appropriately meeting all assigned deadlines
and will work to resolve any difficulties that arise, as well as working with the client technical lead to
insure that all efforts are appropriately coordinated.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property generated within the scope of this project will be the property of the client.
Payment Terms
Actual product billing will be on a time and materials basis.
Conclusion
