HOW IT WORKS
An unhappy customer, Phil, calls your help center.
One of your support agents, Julie, answers the phone.
While Phil is explaining his grievance to Julie, Prophesy receives the
interaction data containing customer identifiers and speaker
separation markers.
Prophesy rates the interaction in terms of churn probability. As
their conversation continues, Prophesy continues to calculate churn
probability.
Once your predetermined threshold is hit (ex. 3 consecutive
interactions exceeding 70%), your CRM system notifies Julie that
she is at risk of losing Phil as a customer. She quickly extends a
special retention offer.
Phil happily accepts and remains a loyal customer.
