I am a seasoned bilingual human resources professional that has a multiple range of
human resource functions. My particular strength is in labor relations and conflict
resolution. I am currently managing an Employee Relations department that conducts
investigatory actions pertaining to a wide variety of employee/management issues. In
my past I have oversaw and interacted in Company responses to third party challenges
from governmental agencies and labor unions to such charges as discrimination,
harassment and workplace violence.
