Lister 3 cylinder to Caterpillar, Detroit, GMC jimmies, and Cummins 8 cylinder. Painted, slipped drill lines, DC
electrical you name it, we did it. We did not call a repairman out to the location when a piece of equipment
went down back then, we fixed it.

Had a team of mechanics, repair and maintain all service equipment including; compressors, chillers, cooling
towers, HVAC units, refrigeration banks, hot water boilers, all plumbing and sewage, all electrical from 24V –
480V, lighting, over street cross walks, elevators and water fountains. Had a team of customer specialists
take all calls and repairs to 526 suites. Had a team of general labor, to take care of and clean all outside
property, including 5 level parking garage and landscaping.
I assisted in all aspects of property maintenance when called upon, kept maintenance schedules, service
reports and disciplines. Ordered equipment when needed, kept all mechanics with good tools and bags, as
