2. If you've never been wrong
about anything, you haven't really done
anything. You haven't learned
anything.

3. MISTAKES ARE A FUNDAMENTAL
PART ON THE PATH TO SUCCESS.
Any success that is achieved without mistakes is,
in reality, a coincidence.
Without mistakes, you don't have the tools to face
challenges or the experience necessary to continue
growing.

4. THE MYTH OF PERFECTION
We are allowed to make mistakes when we learn to walk and
talk. Soon after, we begin to grow under the pressure of
perfection. (Always aspiring to the best grades in something
in order to be someone)

5. The education system
doesn't prepare us to learn
from mistakes. Only to learn:
without experience, without growth.

6. MAIN PROBLEMS:
IT IS UNFAIR: not everyone should learn something in the same way
and at the same pace, expecting the exact same results. that's not
realistic.
IT IS NOT USEFUL: there is nothing like personal experience to
assimilate the lessons. Trying, failing and trying again is necessary to
understand something at 100%. The punishment for a mistake and the
fear of looking foolish ties us up. We memorize out of fear rather than
learning by passion.
PERFECTION DOESN'T EXIST: It is impossible not to make mistakes. We
are not infallible. We are not perfect. We cannot aspire to perfection.
Just to doing it a little better every day.

7. UNDERSTANDING
OTHER PEOPLE'S
MISTAKES
A good leader should:
Learn from their own
mistakes.
Use that experience to guide
others.
Allow other people to make
their own mistakes.

8. A leader who punishes or
berates their team for their
mistakes is a leader who
prevents the team from growing
through experience.
That is NOT a good
leader.

9. Each mistake is an
opportunity.
Don't waste it.

10. As problems are the
prelude to a solution,
mistakes are the prelude to
new knowledge.
Once mistaken, make
sure you get a good lesson
out of it.

11. LOSE FEAR AND YOU
WILL FLY HIGHER.

You take more risks.
You put your limits to the test.
You are able to do more things.
