Kat Beron created a personal brand exploration document to outline her career goals in the entertainment industry. Her goal is to establish a company that promotes globalization in the music industry by representing artists from different cultures. She identified relevant job titles, skills, potential mentors and competitors to network with. Beron also outlined education and experience goals, including interning in South Korea and completing degrees in music business and marketing. 2. Growing up as a fan in the entertainment
world, I never knew that my passions, hobbies,
and interests can be turned into a life-long
career. Post graduating high school I was
unsure of who or what I’d become. What
helped me envision my career as an Artist
Manager was the South Korean K-Pop culture.
I got very engrossed with how they display
their talents and duality while performing and
it made me want to learn more about their
culture and language. Getting to know the

‣ I will travel abroad to South Korea and go to Hangyang University for
their language school in March 2023 prior a few months from graduation.

share the same interests and goals as myself. Also I will meet my online
language instructor that has experienced working in the South Korean
entertainment industry for roughly 2 years in the past with well known
artists.
