Leaders’ Meet is an initiative to bring together an exclusive group of leading CIOs to
discuss business priorities, challenges, share experiences and insights.
Earlier 2 editions saw 16 and 24 CIOs/ Senior IT Leaders respectively who came
together to discuss business priorities, challenges, share experiences and insights.

5. The forces shaping the business world today are complex and challenging. Businesses have entered
into an era where true transformation happens. The paradigm shift we witness w.r.t internet,
telecommunications, mobile, digital technologies deeply influences the business world around us.
As businesses become more competitive and technology continues to evolve, the role of the CIO is
changing. While matching steps with disruption is in itself a pre-requisite, the CIO needs to think
beyond and go the extra mile to stay ahead of the race.
Outpacing or going beyond change translates into an ability to embrace it gainfully to one’s
advantages and sometimes even control its course. This highlights the importance of
pro-active participation from the CIO’s to stay ahead in the race and……..
