Ilya Kouznetsov is Director and Team Leader within
Development Consultancy department at Cushman &
Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko. Ilya is retail real estate
professional with over 7 years of experience in strategic
consulting and concept development. The main focus of his
team is providing consulting services for owners, developers,
investors, retailers and municipalities:
- real estate portfolio optimization and due-diligence,
- shopping mall retenanting strategy development, layout
review and optimization,
- territory development strategies, including demand studies,
zoning and phasing.
