And actually I measured 38 plantsbushes
And as well KKPLATZ said that protein expression was not measured at any plant.
There is not certaincy if the top plant express the protein
And the slow plants don't. Possible that the first plants-bushes are not expressing the transcanister protein
and thus have to be added towards wt...
Then the only further is the second generation, speculating that correlation of the protein expression
and good preformance is proven. It is doubted and not proven, we continue despite doubt....
The number of "good" bushes are 4 and more starting from 5 are not significant together...
So, 4 bushes, are 9-10% from all the supposingly transcanister bushes, and the genetica say
that AA two allelles should be 25% of the bushes 50% one allele and 25% no allele,
and it is obligation to prove that the top 25% and the medium 50% have expression and the lower 25% pas...
And KKPLATZ didn't prove. So the certainty is low, cuz be a goat, the correlation of the protein with
performance is not proven. Also the 4 bushes are too few it is too little relative the expected 25%...
And if one allele is also should improve performance then all 75% should have been efficient, and
actually only 9-10%.....
Then we took three bushes and planted a next generation...Then all should have been efficient
cuz be a goat all with two alleles..Cuz it was stated that the protein efficiency is related towards
the expression level...The best must express two alleles...
HO actually the best bush is with most chances only single alleled...Cuz the transformation
until transcanister is rare...
Then 75% should behave as enhanced...And only 9-10% behave such way...
The next generation, the first was unsignificant, second unsignificant, and third wt significant...
Conclusion protein deesn't help...

Two transcanister bushes were produced
And from the two bushes
First generation was emerged
38 Supposingly transcanister bushes
And 7 wt
Then measurement was performed
And the chart

Clearly is seen that if all bushes are taken to a statistic T test, the wt are more efficient...

We know from genetics that if the first generation is one allele only be cuz be a goat the
chances of transcanistration, are low, and the first transcanister bushes are most probably
with one allele..Thus the next generation is 25% both alleles 50% one allele and 25% no allele..
It was said that the protein should enhance if expressed fully, means two alleles..Or allele 1 enough
if so 75% should have been enhanced...Actually 9-10%. Not very convincing...
And the correlation of the protein and enhanced photosynthesis was not proven, and maybe
the first bushes don't express the protein and should be added towards wt...
All points are significant HO due to LOW Number of bushes the statistics of the genetika
not resembles reality, should be at least 9-10 better performing bushes...and not 4...times 2,5~
and if one allele enough then times 7...
