I have to teach Life Orientation this year, ensuring I cover the syllabus as well as some study methods.
This lesson was focused on what life-long learning is and it's importance. I also included Planning for studies, as the time for all of this is not enough and we have to double-up on lessons sometimes.
3. What is life-long learning?
It is obtaining certificate after certificate after certificate…

Be accepting of new information.

15. Everyday planning
The key to a successful life is effective planning, and executing
the plan faithfully.
Step 1: Assign a space where you will study – NOT on your bed. ( I know it’s more
comfortable, but that is the problem!) Usually a desk and a chair.
Step 2: Clean the space around you – your study space should be clutter-free and
organised.
Step 3: Have a proper plan or schedule for your studies.
